Agreement

By using the Ohm HVAC website, booking tools, or requesting service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a booking request.

Website Use

You may use this site for lawful purposes related to learning about our services and requesting work. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with its operation.

Bookings & Estimates

• Online booking requests are requests for service, not a guarantee of a specific arrival time until confirmed.
• Diagnostics, repairs, replacements, and related work may require on-site assessment. Prices shown online are illustrative unless explicitly confirmed for your job.
• You are responsible for providing accurate access, contact, and property information.
• We may reschedule or decline work when conditions are unsafe, access is unavailable, or information is incomplete.

Text Messages (SMS)

• Text messages are optional and separate from these terms. Agreeing to these terms does not sign you up for texts, and you can book service without opting in.
• If you opt in, Ohm HVAC will text the number you provide about your appointment, including confirmations, reminders, technician updates, and service follow-ups.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (737) 777-8736 or bookings@ohmhvac.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payment

Payment terms are presented at the time of service or in your quote/invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of approved work.

Warranties & Liability

Workmanship and manufacturer warranties, when applicable, will be described at the time of service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ohm HVAC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or delays beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable Texas consumer law.

Third-Party Links

The site may link to third-party tools or websites (for example maps, scheduling, or social media). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for disputes will be in courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
